“Did the summer school meet your expectations?”
– Yes, the summer school was actually beyond my expectations. The exercises and the talks by different professors were the most beneficial. For instance, talks given by professors at different stages of their career brought in enough variety and style that helped us link to each of them.

– The content of the lectures and the opportunity to speak with professors in a casual way, the fact that we had plenty of time to discuss our posters, the fact that there was an opportunity to give a 10 minute presentation, the friends I made, the length of the lectures and of the breaks, the location was amazing, and the fact that I now have a mug with my name on it .

– I really liked the variety of topics that were discussed, as well as the unusual and thought-provoking questions that came up during the lectures and discussions.
